Responsibility: Liaise between business and remote (offshore) teams to develop applications and solutions per client's needs. Architect solutions, manage remote team to ensure on time deliveries within budget with uncompromising quality.

Location: Onsite in Indiana (between Indianapolis IN and Cincinnati OH)

Education: College Degree must. Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering preferred.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Manager with over 10 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in all aspects of JavaScript development and possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The candidate should have fundamental knowledge on Enterprise applications concepts such as ERP, CRM, Logistic apps, integration tools, etc. This position will be based onsite, fostering an environment for seamless communication and collaboration with remote (offshore) team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable JavaScript applications and components.
• Liaise with client to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Manage remote (offshore) team to develop clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and design practices.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in JavaScript development.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on technical challenges.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure the delivery of bug-free software.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in JavaScript development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax and modern frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with server-side JavaScript frameworks such as Node.js, OO JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Nice to have Knowledge in JDE, SAP.
